The project's land area of 344,725.00 s.qm is located in the center of the Jeddah Metropolitan Area within the old Airport District, across the Jeddah Gate development by Emaar Middle East. The site location is characterized to be the new Jeddah downtown, which includes within it’s close vicinity the Heart of Jeddah, the Alandalus mixed use Development , and the HHRL Main Jeddah High-Speed Railway Station, aside from the Jeddah Gate project which is under-construction. It is on course to offer a prime-standard of living and commercial-space, being situated in important traffic routes and highly valuable land. HAK’s responsibility is to render community masterplanning services, manage authority approvals, and supervise specialist services such as traffic, infrastructure design, branding, and marketing materials.
